This is the original Chocolate Lace by Eugenia Tay, who fled czarist Russia in 1917 and brought the tradition of crisp lacy caramel patterns covered in rich chocolate. Chocolate Lace is still being produced today on the same patented machine designed by Eugenia Tay herself.
We love it on top of vanilla ice cream topped with berries and Grand Mariner for a simple but special dessert.
