Refund policy

At Amen Wardy™, we value every customer and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused and in original, saleable condition
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from damage, wear, alteration, or signs of use
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Gift recipients may receive store credit for eligible returns accompanied by proof of purchase.

Amen Wardy™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise is in saleable condition and eligible for refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Special order merchandise
• Final sale merchandise
• Perishable food products, candy, gourmet foods, and consumable items
• Gift cards
• Holiday and seasonal merchandise
• Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

Any exceptions to this policy will be noted on the applicable product page.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials may be required to process a claim.

Late Returns

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Price Adjustments

We are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment if merchandise purchased at regular price is reduced within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, please return the original merchandise (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases involving defective merchandise or an error on our part.

If a return shipping label is provided by Amen Wardy™, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

Any merchandise received damaged due to inadequate return packaging may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post your refund after it has been issued.

Returns submitted outside of the Return Portal or without authorization may be refused.
