The most famous of all Italian Christmas cakes, this Piedmontese Panettone is loaded with raisins and candied fruit. Airy and sweetly fragrant, with a crunchy baked-on hazelnut and almond icing, it is one of the triumphs of the Italian baker!

This is our favorite Panettone and makes a fabulous hostess gift. Perfect on it's own with a delicious cup of coffee, hot chocolate or incredible as French Toast on Christmas Morning.
